Shipping Methods
1. Express Air Freight – Kavideks
Estimated time: 2–5 days. Suitable for urgent orders and small-to-medium shipments that are appropriate for air freight. This timeframe is an estimate, not a fixed guarantee.
2. Dedicated Road Freight
Estimated time: 5–12 days. Particularly suited to illuminated signs, storefront letters, large orders, and shipments that require extra packing and protection. This timeframe may vary depending on the destination country and city, shipment size and weight, product type, the carrier, customs, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Production Time vs. Shipping Time
Shipping time does not include production time. The shipping estimate above starts once the finished order is handed over to the carrier. Most custom orders take approximately 10 working days to manufacture, but this can vary depending on the product type, size, quantity and design details. This 10-day estimate is not an absolute guarantee.

We pack each order according to the type of product, its size, fragility and the shipping method used, with particular care for illuminated letters, signs, acrylic parts, lighting components and other fragile or scratch-sensitive items. While we take reasonable care in packing, we cannot guarantee against all possible damage in transit, particularly for international shipments.
