How to Order
Ordering from EBDAA REKLAM is simple and can be handled entirely remotely over WhatsApp, wherever you are. Here is how the process usually works, from your first message to receiving your order.
- Tell us the product you need – a sign, illuminated letters, a menu, printed clothing, packaging, etc.
- Send the size you need (see our Measurement Guide for how to prepare this correctly).
- Send your text, logo or design if you have one.
- Choose the material (e.g. aluminium, stainless steel, acrylic/plexi, wood, leather, fabric — depending on the product).
- Choose the lighting type if relevant (front-lit, back-lit, neon LED, or non-illuminated).
- Confirm the quantity you need.
- Tell us your country and city so we can plan shipping.
- We prepare your price quote based on all the above details.
- You confirm the order and payment terms with our team.
- We prepare the final design (when applicable) for your approval.
- Production begins once the design and specifications are approved.
- We pack the finished order appropriately for its type and destination.
- We ship your order using the appropriate method.
- You receive your order.

- Some products require design approval before production can start.
- Production time varies by product type and quantity — see our FAQ and shipping page for typical timeframes.
- Shipping time is separate from and additional to production time.
- The whole process — from quote to delivery — can be managed remotely over WhatsApp, including for customers outside Türkiye.
